Nafis Sir is a young, energetic and passionate Mathematics Teacher with 10+ years of experience in CAIE O/A Level school environments. He has worked with several renowned English Medium schools in Dhaka city. His integrated lesson plans and effective delivery techniques of Mathematics helped many students to improve their final exam results in the previous years. Being a good motivator, he knows that students learn in different ways; so he has come up with a good number of flexible programs that identify with the students’ source of motivation. He also talks with the students on a regular basis to help them acquire the right problem-solving skills applicable in the professions they want to enter into. By doing this, he always prevents the students from losing their interest and disengaging from studying Mathematics. Nafis Sir undergoes a thorough training process in CAIE Curriculum that helps him to acquire the knowledge and skills that he needs to teach learners effectively. The knowledge that he has gained from training helps him to explain clearly all the Mathematical concepts to his students and solve equations easily. He constantly reads new materials and goes through continuous training process to update his knowledge base. Nafis Sir shows caring attitude towards his students and he is always ready to support those who are having problems in Mathematics. He also understands that sometimes unforeseen problems can derail students from completing their homework on time. In such cases, he offers second chances when necessary and takes some extra time to help such students catch up with the rest. Great Mathematics Teachers always enroll for supplementary courses in their areas of specialty to better themselves and gain more confidence in the classroom teaching. Once a Mathematics Teacher learns about a new Mathematical concept, he lets all the students know about it, leading to effective learning and better grades. Nafis Sir is not an exception to this.
